Training - Developing Customer Focused Value Chains Using SCOR®/Lean 6 Sigma
Excellence, in all things we do, is one of our core values at SEVEN (we hope you have spotted this!) and we specifically leverage key partnerships to be able deliver excellence. When it comes to our approach on supply chain improvement methodologies, the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR®) model is the global standard to use.
SCOR® provides a robust and dynamic framework for ensuring alignment of processes, functions and operations to the organisations’ strategic goals. As active members and promoters of the Supply Chain Council, including a seat on the European Leadership Team, we ensure we are always at the forefront of its application.
In these austere times, we understand that many clients are looking for a way to accelerate their teams use of SCOR® to improve supply chain performance, and so we offer a tailored training programme in supply chain improvement, which has the SCOR® framework at its heart, but also blends in complimentary ‘tools’ as well (e.g. Lean 6 Sigma).
The training usually takes 2 days and gives the participants a great grounding in both the SCOR® framework and how to go about supporting the implementation of SCOR® project – saving you both time and money engaging an army of 3rd party consultants to do it for you.
“SEVEN has provided consultancy, training and customised SCOR® training workshops to myself and my team over the last 2 years. I have found them thoroughly professional and a pleasure to do business with. I have no hesitation in recommending their services”
