Announcing the launch of SEVEN’s Rising Stars Programme
SEVEN are proud to announce their sponsorship of Laura Scott, a UK athlete who is
hoping to make the 2016 Olympics in the hammer discipline. Laura was talent scouted
for UK athletics after putting herself forward for a rowing competition (aptly named ‘tall and talented’). UK athletics whittled down 3500 applicants and eventually 2 females were chosen in February this year and Laura was successfully selected to start her training and hopefully will become part of ‘Team GB’
