The team
Below are some of the people you may interact with at SEVEN.
Andy Bell
Head of Business Solutions
I have been working with ERP/SAP since 1997 in the area of the Supply Chain, starting out in production planning and materials management and rapidly branching out to also cover sales & distribution and logistics. Over the years I have been involved in many interesting, challenging and diverse implementations and business improvement projects, and I have also navigated through enough merger, acquisition and demerger projects to last a lifetime!
I have a real passion for designing and implementing solutions that fully exploit the often untapped potential of SAP to deliver and sustain great benefits!

I am also a Mother to three boys aged 9, 7 and 4, which ensures I’m never bored! I’m an outgoing and positive thinking individual who embraces a challenge; for example I enjoy running and my ambition is to run a full marathon before I am 40!

Shaun Condren
Director
I have over 25 years experience in the IT industry including
15 SAP implementations around the world from as far afield as Australia,
Singapore and USA. I have experience in a number of different verticals, but
most notably FMCG, CPG, Aerospace and Defence, and Utilities and Metals. At a
multi-national FMCG organisation, I was one of the founding members of their
SAP Expertise Centres, responsible for designing, developing, implementing and
supporting their SAP enabled new ways of working in the Source to Pay process
area.
Most of my time is devoted to helping develop
workable, value adding solutions in the SOURCE area. I have considerable training and experience in
Procurement and Supply Chain Management Best
Practices gained from working with organisations such as A.T. Kearney and
Oliver Wight. I have a proven record of solving complex Procurement and Supply
Management problems, and have led projects that have been nominated for
recognised industry awards due to the value they generated for the customer.
For my sins I also have significant experience in managing material and supplier data, and developing processes and roles to ensure that accountability and understanding for this crucial task is achieved.
I am an Accredited PRINCE2 practitioner, am trained in SCOR®, and have a real passion for all things SAP.

Nick Culey
Sales & Marketing Manager
The early years of my career in the Armed Forces allowed me to develop my levels of motivation, commitment and discipline. A passion for health and fitness encouraged me to return to study and I gained a HND in Sports Studies & Sports Therapy and BSc Sports Therapy. A 5 year career in Hospitality Management allowed me to hone my customer focus and commercial skills.
My role as Sales and Marketing Manager with SEVEN allows me to utilise and develop my strategic sales and team-working skills, and embrace new technology such as social media in order to spread the word about SEVEN!
I am also a fully qualified SCOR® Professional.

Sean Culey
CEO (and chief evangelist!)
I started working with IT and supply chains back in the late 80’s, and have been working with ERP/SAP since 1994 in the area of S&OP, demand and supply planning and order management. I have been involved in some very complicated, innovative but exciting implementations and have been lucky enough to work in Australia, America, Africa and Europe, with many different companies, in many different industry sectors and some very diverse Supply Chains!
Frustrated by watching too many companies waste too much money on change projects, ERP related or not, I set up SEVEN in 2006 with some like-minded, equally experienced colleagues, and now have a team passionate about ensuring our clients obtain real benefit and strategic value from their investments in people, processes and ERP systems.
I am also a member of the European Leadership team of the Supply Chain Council and a frequent speaker and article writer.

Dawn Dobson
Business and Personal Transformation Coach
My 25-year-plus career of business performance improvement began with a project to optimise the production control and global supply chains for one of the world’s biggest multi-national corporations. Since then I have helped businesses to: completely restructure themselves from board level down; integrate different cultures and technology following mergers and acquisitions; start up new business ventures with new technologies; negotiate and manage the implementation of outsourcing agreements; as well as a myriad of profit-improvement projects dealing with business processes, manufacturing efficiency, cost reduction and team-building.
Sometimes I work with the project team.
Sometimes I simply act as coach and mentor to a senior executive, guiding them through the complexities of business change.
My passion is to achieve real, lasting performance improvements with my clients. And with SEVEN, I’ve found kindred spirits who won’t rest until their clients have seen sometimes unbelievable increases in efficiency and effectiveness.
Duncan Everett
Supply Chain Consultant
I have worked with some of the top multinational companies across the manufacturing, FMCG, telecommunications, public sector and mining sectors in Europe, United Kingdom and South Africa. I started my career in IT for one of the worlds leading precious and base metals companies and developed their order management and export control solution. I have experience in global rollouts for companies with complicated order management systems that are integrated throughout the business into one solution.
My expertise spans the process knowledge for the solution to the technical ‘nuts and bolts’ to realise the vision. I have extensive knowledge of SAP within the Order to Cash, Supply Chain and electronic order management areas, gained over the last 13 years working with clients to realise the step change in their business that they require. Most recently this has also extended to developing reporting solutions to measure performance and provide critical management information, to allow informed decisions to be made from the integrated SAP Platform.

Roongtiwee Laohathienpratan, MBA
Lead Supply Chain Consultant
SCOR® Professional, Lean 6 Sigma, and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
I have 7 years project lead and business process improvement experience, and have implemented 12 Supply Chain business improvements and three full cycle SCOR® projects in the Asia Pacific and European regions. I am currently going through the approval process to become one of the few fully accredited public SCOR® trainers worldwide.
I have worked extensively with multinational companies in the manufacturing, service and public sectors, and have helped my clients to significantly improve their Supply Chain performance.

Jim Smith
Director
I initially came over to Great Britain from the USA, after university, to play professional basketball in the National League and during that time wound up working in IT and now have over 20 years’ experience.
I began working with ERP/SAP in 1996 in the areas of SAP security and Internal Audit, and have been fortunate to be able to work in multiple businesses in 4 different continents. During this time I have been responsible for numerous business systems audits and project assurance reviews as well as designing and implementing a global SAP Security & Authorisations model. My areas of specialisation include governance and compliance, risk management and controls, internal audit and SAP security.
I am passionate about understanding our client’s strategic challenges from the senior management governance and risk management perspective, and helping them successfully apply this strategy right down to operational level, ensuring that there is sound design and appropriate controls throughout.
